How long have you been practising?:

Beginning practice in 2025, following over five years’ experience as a personal trainer and CrossFit coach.

Please explain the service you provide in your own words:

I bring together my background in physiotherapy, sports science, and coaching to help people recover from pain, move with confidence, and build long-term resilience. My approach is evidence-based and practical — combining detailed assessment with structured, progressive rehabilitation. Whether someone wants to return to everyday activity, excel in sport, or simply feel stronger, I aim to provide clear guidance and a plan that works for them.

What's the best thing about doing what you do?:

I enjoy the challenge of translating the latest scientific research into clear explanations and tailored rehab plans for each individual. Helping someone understand their condition, engage with their recovery, and then see real progress.

What excites you about working at Physio Effect?:

I’ve been aware of Physio Effect for over nine years and have even used their services myself, so I know first-hand the quality of care they provide. The clinic has a great reputation, and I really value how the team truly cares for their patients and focuses on empowerment rather than fostering patient–therapist dependency.

What are your dreams for your service within the company in the next year or so?:

My goal is to encourage everyday people with busy lives to become more active and make positive changes that improve their long-term health. By combining my background in physiotherapy, sports science, and coaching, I want to help patients see that small, sustainable steps can make a big difference — not just in recovery from injury, but in building a healthier, more resilient future.

Outside of being a physiotherapist, what do you enjoy doing?

I enjoy training for CrossFit and functional fitness, exploring the outdoors, travelling, fishing, and reading non-fiction
