In order to efficiently book and manage your private health insurance appointment please check the following:

• Please seek prior authorisation from your insurance provider before booking an insurance appointment.

• Please provide us with your Health Insurance Policy Number and Claim Number at the time of booking your appointment.

• Please check if you have a personal excess on your policy as you may be liable for some or all of your treatment costs.

• Please check the limit of your cover - this may be a certain number of sessions or to a certain total value.

• If you are unsure whether you are covered then please contact us or speak with your insurance.
