Jack Bergen brings an elite academic and athletic background to the Physio Effect team. Holding a Master’s degree (MSc) in Sports & Exercise Therapy and a Bachelor's in Sports Science, Jack specialises in bridging the gap between acute injury recovery and peak athletic performance.
Currently completing his Doctorate in Physiotherapy (DPT), Jack’s approach is highly clinical, movement-focused, and evidence-based.
